Bistecca Poached Platter
Presses petite pannini filled with marinated grilled and thinly sliced sirloin, layered with red onion, roasted red peppers, fresh baby spinach and blue cheese topped with two poached eggs finished with our golden hollandaise. Served with oven roasted potatoes. 14.95
Corned Beef Rueben Omelet
Sauerkraut sautéed in butter and golden onions help fill this overstuffed omelet with corned beef and layers of swiss cheese. Garnished with a light mustard hollandaise, served with toasted rye rolls and roasted potatoes.

A Grilled portabella cap filled with eggs scrambled with spinach then topped with melted provolone, is all resting on a rustic sweet potato puree. Garnished with a small dice of roasted assorted garden vegetables and a toasted sundried tomato roll. 13.95

Tropical Stuffed French Toast
Challah bread soaked in a coconut based egg bath. Golden grilled layered with grilled pineapple mascarpone. Topped with toasted coconut, fresh pineapple, kiwi and mango. Served with warm maple syrup.

Our original challah bread soufflé is laced with a espresso cream cheese and baked. Resting in a pool of vanilla crème anglaise is then finished with a coffee mousse and a cookie straw. 13.95
